iOS 4.0.2 Released

Apple Has released a new software update version 4.0.2 on 11 August.

Please do not upgrade your iPhone via iTunes. Instead login to the members area for complete upgrade instructions.

This new software update does not include any new features for your iPhone, but it fixes a few vunerabilities that were discovered in version 4.0.1

Fixes:

  • Fixed a security vulnerability in the PDF renderer that allowed remote code to be executed via Safari.
  • Fixed online applications like OpenAppMkt and Glyphboard for iDevices with the old bootrom.
