Due to some unforeseen problems with our supplier, we have not been able to ship for several days.
Our package actually got lost in the mail – now how big is that chance!?
Fortunately this troublesome situation now has been solved, which means we will ship the items on the same day as they are ordered. All delayed order have been shipped out!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to our valued members, and decided to include a free screen protector to all the orders that were send out late, as a small gift, to make up for the inconvenience.

Hi,
I purchased the above mentioned item over the Internet (PLIMUS) on 04/02/2009 but did not receive up to now the corresponding SIM Card.
Could you please look into the problem and let me know when I can expect the item?
